The life of the founder of the prestigious Nobel Prize, Alfred Nobel, was closely connected with St. Petersburg: he lived here for almost two decades. Together with his father and brother, they were engaged in inventions, entrepreneurship and created the most promising and innovative industries in the country.

For their highly qualified engineers, the Nobel family built at the end of the 19th century the Nobel town - a block of beautiful buildings in the historical part of the Vyborg district of the city. The 13 houses, built by the best architects of the country, were occupied by spacious three-room apartments, which were very modern at that time: with hot water supply, central heating and private bathrooms.

It is here, in the heart of the Nobel town, that PSK is preparing for commissioning the Nobelius family house - a business-class residential complex that will continue the traditions laid down more than a century ago.

The Nobelius family house is being built on Vyborgskaya Street. The southern facade of the building goes here, the rest of the facades are facing the inner quarter of the former Nobel town. Inside the block there are well-preserved buildings where engineers lived. In contrast to the practice, popular in those years, not to pay much attention to the facades in the courtyard, the "Nobel" houses look grand and form a truly harmonious intra-quarter ensemble.

Thanks to the carefully thought-out architecture and competent color scheme in the design of the facade, the Nobelius residential complex organically fits into the surroundings. This is exactly the effect the developer wanted to achieve by creating modern comfortable housing in the historic quarter.

Among the perfectly preserved buildings of the Nobel town, part of it remained residential, and part went to the needs of the city and the region. Alfred Nobel's mansion stands nearby, on Lesnoy Avenue.

Transport accessibility at the facility is excellent - like any house located near the center of St. Petersburg. The construction of the family house began in October 2018. Today the project is almost ready: workers are engaged in finishing the common areas and final cleaning of the territory. Literally within a month, PSK plans to receive an act of putting the house into operation and by the end of the year to hand over the keys to the residents.

The facade of Nobelius residential complex is faced with natural stone and clinker bricks. At night, it is illuminated by dozens of lamps installed along the perimeter of the building.

Common areas are made according to the author's design project, in the style of an English interior, rich and restrained at the same time. They echo the decoration that was characteristic of houses at the beginning of the last century. This is an English ornament of floor tiles, natural tones, moldings and, of course, the main attribute of the London style - a fireplace in one of the halls of the front.

Public spaces on each floor have soft lighting, furniture - poufs and coffee tables. The developer has placed lion head knockers on each front door - another nod to the ageless classics.

The engineering component of the house fully meets the requirements of the business class. This is a descent to the parking by an elevator, a water purification system, increased sound insulation, etc. Additional options can be connected in each apartment - for example, a smart home system.
