Computer & IT Services in Ngara

FragMachine gaming computer review The 3Logic company provided us for tests with its gaming computer with the self-explanatory name FragMachine - a machine for mining frags. The configuration of such solutions is approximately predictable (although the creators of FragMachine managed to surprise us): a top-end Intel processor, a very powerful GeForce RTX 20 series video card, a fast system SSD and a capacious hard drive. And of course, if any of the components of a modern gaming computer does not cause the slightest doubt, it is RGB backlighting - where is the video card! However, in this case, we tend to show solidarity with potential buyers: here the case is not so much huge as beautiful. Well, how quiet, well-cooled and efficient the computer turned out to be, you will find out from our review. 3Logic is one of the largest distributors and assemblers of computer equipment in Russia, and FragMachine is the company's flagship gaming computer. Obviously, it is considered primarily as a solution for gambling clubs. The sale will Computer & IT Services in Ngara  be carried out through the stores of partner companies, while it will be possible to purchase a standard model assembled or unassembled, as well as configure a computer on an individual request. In addition, customers will receive long-term after-sales service with a prompt visit of the company's engineers to resolve emerging technical issues, as well as quick replacement of a failed part in one of 100 3Logic service centers represented throughout Russia. In the review, we will consider exactly the standard model. 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200 (Aorus RGB Memory with 2 RGB Infused Demo Modules) GeForce RTX 2070 Super (Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2070 Super Gaming OC edition), 8 GB DDR6 1 × SSD 256 GB (Adata XPG Gammix S11 Pro, NVMe, PCIe 3.0 x4) 1 × HDD 2 TB (Seagate BarraCuda ST2000DM008, SATA600, 7200 rpm) 41.5 (D) x 27.5 (W) x 42.5 (H) cm (42.5 x 28 x 42.5 including protruding elements) After we enjoyed the look of the computer, it was time to take a look at its characteristics. And we were immediately in for a surprise: Cascade Lake! No, no one will argue with the fact that the Core i9-10940X is one of the most powerful at least formally "desktop" Intel processors at the moment. But its key characteristic is a huge (for a familiar desktop) number of cores: in this case there are 14 of them, which, taking into account Hyper-Threading, allows up to 28 threads to be executed in parallel. And the specialization of such processors (and the entire HEDT class, to which the Core i9-10940X belongs) is precisely multithreaded computing: for example, 3D rendering or video processing with an emphasis on final encoding. Therefore, if the computer under test was called RenderMachine, there would be no questions to it. However, in other applications, the number of cores does not provide a decisive advantage, and in low-threaded tasks, the X-series processors do not demonstrate anything outstanding: the maximum core frequency of the Core i9-10940X in question is from 3.3 to 4.6 GHz in Turbo Boost mode (with less active cores) and up to 4.8 GHz in Turbo Boost Max 3.0 (with intelligent active core selection), while performance per core is about the same as “regular desktop” Coffee Lake Refresh. Therefore, the question of how well such a processor will provide exactly the extraction of frags is not at all idle. Note that the question of whether it would not be better to use one of the AMD Ryzen processors goes far beyond the scope of the article (a review of a specific gaming computer). However, we carry out testing according to a single methodology ... We're not sure that a buyer of such a powerful system would want to tinker with overclocking, but in principle there is such an opportunity, of course. And in order to adequately cool the hot processor, which also has a nominal heat dissipation of 165 W, the FragMachine has an Alseye Halo H240 liquid cooling system with a 240 mm radiator with two fans. And backlit! We will talk about how effective this solution is in a separate section. The processor used does not have a built-in video core, but in any case, a very powerful video accelerator GeForce RTX 2070 Super is installed in the gaming computer - 4th place in our rating. At the time of this review, the installed Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2070 Super Gaming OC edition was the most overclocked card based on this GPU, competitors could offer the maximum of the same core frequencies in the boost. In principle, addit https://jiji.co.ke/ngara/computer-and-it-services
